THIS IS AN ORIGINAL THEATRICAL RELEASE TITLE CARD PRINTED IN 1936 FOR THEATER USE AND IS NOT A REPRODUCTION, BOOTLEG, REPRINT OR STORE BOUGHT ITEM! AN ORIGINAL PHOTO OF THE OLD DARK HOUSE R40 IS ATTACHED TO THE BACK. Card has some pin/staple/tiny bug holes, two punched holes on the top border, a number written in blue on the upper left corner, some light dirt, some stains, some damage on the bottom, a very light crease on the lower left corner and some very minor light border creases/dings. With some proper restoration, card would look to be in VERY FINE+ to NEAR MINT Condition.
